Reap profits from the steak restaurant Five Feet Price

Other players in the steak business that targets the middle to lower economic groups are Friendsteak in Sunter, North Jakarta. Friendsteak established in 2009 and brought the concept of mini restaurant.

Wirawan Wahyudi, Friendsteak Operations Manager, said that their steak prices ranging from Rp 15,000 to Rp 35,000 per portion per serving. Although cheap, they refused to say if they are raw materials as cheap raw materials. "All of our raw materials process itself, including the sauce and other spices," said Wirawan.

Within a day, visitors Friendsteak range from 25 to 40 visitors visitors. With a count of the visit, Friendsteak recorded an average turnover of Rp 26 million per month.
